These terms govern your use of Orot ("the app"), made by SimpleFunction. By downloading or using Orot, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Orot on devices you own, for your own personal, non-commercial journaling.
Your entries and photos belong to you. They are stored on your device; we do not access, claim, or use them. You are responsible for your own content and for keeping your own backups.
Please don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
Orot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Because your data lives on your device, please keep backups — we are not responsible for any loss of data (for example, from device loss, failure, or uninstalling the app).
To the extent permitted by law, SimpleFunction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date above reflects the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

앱을 리버스 엔지니어링·재판매·오용하거나 불법적인 방식으로 사용하지 마세요.
오롯은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 데이터가 기기에 저장되므로 반드시 백업해 두세요 — 기기 분실·고장·앱 삭제 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 저희는 책임지지 않습니다.
법이 허용하는 범위에서, SimpleFunction은 앱 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
앱이나 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 위 날짜가 최신 버전을 나타냅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.
